LAVIICA

GLAZED ITALIAN LAVA STONE | CRAFTSMANSHIP COMBINES TRADITION WITH INNOVATION.

Our talented partners have generations of experience sourcing, carving, and finishing natural Italian stone. While product quality and consistency have remained a primary goal over the years, investments in new technology have led to the development of a new, impressive building material: LAVIICA. This unique product blends the luxury and sculptural possibilities of working with a durable natural stone, with the finish color and texture versatility of glazing.

Italian Lava stone for LAVIICA is selected and treated based on 2000 year old traditions developed in ancient Rome. Being of volcanic origin, it is a superior material for interiors and exteriors and is suitable for building in conditions of extreme heat, cold, and moisture. Lava stone is non-porous and non-corrosive, as well as resistant to scratches, stains, and UV rays. This Lava stone is then cut, carved, glazed, and fired in an industrial kiln to achieve a final, highly customizable finish.
